Under the Tesco “Bags of Help” scheme the band recently applied for assistance in the purchase of a new flugel. As one of the three nominated projects the Tesco shoppers in Bolton were able to vote using the blue tokens used in store. As a result of the votes we were able to do this. So thank you to all those who voted and Tesco!

The band would like to reflect on what a successful and memorable year they have had. After 2016 brought qualification to The National Finals of Great Britain, 2017 brought the return to the British Open; a competition the band hadn’t attended for 18 years.
As 2017 comes to an end with a few spots of carolling left in us at Asda & Tesco Middlebrook, Horwich we would like to say a few thank yous…
